The above cancellation policy applies for new bookings only and for check ins between 28th of March until 31st of August and for the following: travel warnings/restrictions, flights cancelled, school programs enrolled in but cancelled or deferred online.

Studio: 100% privacy. Kitchen & Bathroom inside the room.
Lower Level, Mid. Level, Upper Level: Prices change according to the floor level.
Silver, Bronze, Gold: rooms differentiate only in square metre. Check webpage.
Ensuite rooms have a Bathroom inside the room. Kitchen is shared with another 6 students who live with you on the same floor.

Every residence has a reception during the day and security 7/24.
There is laundry on site which works with an application you can download and wash whenever you wish to. One wash together with drying is approx. 4£
Yes, you can depend on availability.
Yes, you are allowed to have guests up to 7 days in one month period. They will need to be registered in the reception.
Yes, you can book cleaning through an application at an extra charge.

You have two different kitchen packs available through us. The basic option provides you with the min. tools you may need for light cooking. The large option provides you with everything you may need in the long-term. Alternatively, you can purchase it yourself once you arrive.
Once you arrive in your room, you may be too tired to leave again and buy bedding stuff yourself. We recommend you to purchase the bedding pack through us so you can relax and find your pillow and blanket ready waiting for you. It’s up to you, of course.

We are lucky to welcome students from all over the world. Everyone staying in the residence is a student either enrolled in higher education, a language school or doing an internship.
