Short-Term Bookings

How it works:
- Send us the ‘Booking Form’ and your ‘Passport Copy’ to book@gobritanya.com
- Receive Invoice & Tenancy Agreement
- Pay the £60 registration fee & £200 holding fee within 48 hours (holding fee will be deducted off your first instalment of Rent if your booking is not cancelled)
- Sign the Tenancy Agreement
- Pay outstanding balance (or min. 1st instalment) 4 weeks prior to arrival
- Receive your confirmation letter
- Ready to go!
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel 4 weeks prior to check in, £260 penalty fee applies
- Cancel 0-4 weeks prior to check in, no refund made
Cancellation Policy for Visa Refusal:
- Cancel 2 weeks prior to check in, holding fee of £260 non-refundable.
- Cancel 0-2 weeks prior to check in – 2 weeks accommodation fee + holding fee of £260 non-refundable.
