Long-Term Policy
Applies to Long-Term Bookings
(15 weeks and longer)
How to Secure Your Booking
- Sign Your Contract. Guarantor’s signature is required only if you pay in instalments
- Pay £250 Holding Fee. It will be credited towards your rent
- Pay 5 Weeks’ Rent within 2 weeks. It will be credited towards your rent
- Pay 1st instalment 7 weeks before check-in date.
Cancellations for Visa Refusals
| Cancel before check-in date: | Cancellation fee is £250 + 5 weeks’ rent |

| Cancel on or after check-in date: | Cancellation fee is £250 + 5 weeks’ rent + accumulated weeks’ rent from your check-in date until the date you notified us |
Cancellations for Other Reasons
| Cancel 7 weeks before check-in date: | Cancellation fee is £250 + 5 weeks’ rent |

| Cancel less than 7 weeks before check-in date: | No refunds. We may, however, offer a replacement. |
Short-Term Policy
Applies to Short-Term Bookings
(14 weeks and shorter)
How to Secure Your Booking
- Sign Your Contract.
- Pay £250 Holding Fee. It will be credited towards your rent
- Make full payment in 48 hours. The £250 holding fee is deducted from this amount, so you pay less
Cancellations for Visa Refusals
