1. Eligibility

• Open to any students aged 18 or over.
• Must hold an offer from a recognised UK university.
• Must complete a minimum 39-week booking in a GoBritanya London property.
• Must pay the £250 holding fee and first instalment (or full payment) before 30 June 2026.
• Applicable to London properties only.

2. Prize

• Three (3) winners will receive a refund or a deduction of accommodation fees paid, depending on whether the student paid a first instalment or the full amount.
• Maximum prize value capped at £10,000 each.
• Booking is subject to room availability.
• No cash alternative.
• The prize cash value is non-transferable.
• Subletting is strictly prohibited.

3. Selection Process

• One entry per student.
• Winners are selected via random draw after the draw closure date on 30/06/2026.
• The draw is conducted in the first week of July 2026.
• Winners are contacted via registered email upon making the booking.
• If no response is received within 5 days after the draw, the draw will be void.

4. Disqualification

• Visa refusal.
• Cancellation before check-in.
• Breach of tenancy agreement.
• Providing false or misleading information.

5. Publicity and Promotion

• Winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional and publicity-based activities relating to the Prize Draw and GoBritanya London properties, such as providing a short testimonial, photograph, short interview or social media content.
• The prize will be issued only after the winner has completed the required social media posts on their personal channels.

6. General

• GoBritanya reserves the right to amend or withdraw the campaign at any time.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• The prize is issued towards the end of the winners’ tenancy if the winner has only paid a first instalment of the rent, or the prize is issued before the end of the year if the winner has made full rent payment.
• Our decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
